Passionate about the world of beauty, especially with skin care. With my articles I have helped thousands of women around the world to improve their physical appearance, as well as their perception of themselves.

Throughout my life, I have had to face skin and hair problems as you. This has led me to inquire about the subject and to inform myself about the different remedies that exist.

One of the things that has helped me a lot is to change my lifestyle. Move from a negative mentality to a totally positive one and develop the ability to solve problems in an effective way.
Remember that a healthy skin is achieved from the inside out and stress is our worst enemy.

I was born in Havana, Cuba in 1970. As you can see, I am not terrified that people know my age. Let’s face it, as much as I would like to hide it, I will not stop having it. So it is better to assume it. I emigrated to the United States at 14 years of age.

Since then, I live in this country where I have obtained much of my education and where I have basically forged myself.

Among my university degrees is an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.

Surely, at this point you will be wondering, how does all that fit into this blog’s niche? How was the idea of creating a beauty blog born if your activities and curriculum are totally different? Well, I will tell you that below.

From a very young age, I suffered what is known as “low self-esteem.” You know, that stage in which some kids feel to be the “ugly duck” of the group. That filled me with insecurities and limited myself in many ways. Upon reaching adolescence, this situation worsened with the arrival of the first outbreaks of acne and skin problems, very normal things at that age. I started to develop a super sensitive complexion.

Having no knowledge about skin care, I put on everything I saw, making the situation worse. I reached a point of frustration and depression that I didn’t even want to leave home. Until one day I decided to put an end to all that. This led me at a very young age (18) to become aware of this issue. I began to educate myself, read and advise myself not only on the care of the skin, but on the care of the body in general.

This opened me to a world full of information. As you may known, information nourishes you and opens your mind. As a result, you start seeing things from another perspective. Over time, I realized that beauty is not in the person’s physique, but in the eyes of those who see you. I began to cultivate my interior, to try every day to be a better person and at the same time I began to take care of my appearance for the only reason that was worth doing, for myself.

Today, at 49 years of age, I am confident enough to go outside without a drop of makeup. This is how I walk 90% of the time inside and outside the home. I can proudly say my age without having to invent dates or numbers and above all, I have learned to accept myself.

That’s why I decided to launch this blog to help all those women, regardless of their age, to feel good about themselves. To know the importance of starting from very early to take care of your skin. Above all, to help you know the basic needs of your complexion and how to deal with them.

All this to make your way much easier and less painful than mine was. But above all, I want you to accept yourself as you are. Come on, if you have breakout in your nose or if you suffer from rosacea, the world does not end. There are treatments that you can do that can help you improve that condition. What really matters is that you feel good and confident before, during and after the process.

Likewise, between lettuce and cabbage I want to share with you some lifestyle tips and things that I like to do in my spare time. That is to give you the necessary tools to change your lifestyle and have a much more positive approach abour yourself.
