Honey for the skin and its benefits

Honey is another of the miraculous ingredients when it comes to skin care. Mainly, because of its highly antibacterial ingredients. Indicating that, it protects the skin from infections that can cause acne breakouts. Like coffee, it contains antioxidants that make it ideal for fighting wrinkles.

Honey is a wonderful product to keep the skin hydrated. Therefore, the skin looks much more rejuvenated. Meanwhile, another benefit that honey has for facial skin is that it helps to clean the pores.

How to apply the coffee face mask

Spread the mixture on your face, avoiding the eye area and leave it on for 10 or 15 minutes. Then, remove it using a damp towel.

Frequency of use:

Like any other mask, it is recommended that it be used once a week. Remember to use only one mask per week, be it or another. It is not good to apply masks every day or very often because you can end up irritating your skin.
